Only Those People are eligible whose income is less than 1 Lakh Rupees. Haryana Government has ordered the General Manager of Roadways Depots of all Districts to issue Happy Card, this card will be made for all the candidates of Haryana. Haryana Roadways HAPPY Card Yojana 2024 : महानिदेशक राज्य परिवहन हरियाणा ने हैप्पी कार्ड यानी 1000 किलोमीटर तक किराया छूट कार्ड के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं। परिवार के सभी सदस्यों के लिए 1 वर्ष के लिए। केवल वे लोग पात्र हैं जिनकी आय 1 लाख रुपये से कम है। हरियाणा सरकार ने सभी जिलों के रोडवेज डिपो के महाप्रबंधकों को हैप्पी कार्ड जारी करने के आदेश दिए हैं, यह कार्ड हरियाणा के सभी अभ्यर्थियों के लिए बनाया जाएगा। अभ्यर्थी हरियाणा का निवासी होना चाहिए।

Age Limit

• Minimum Age Limit for filling Happy Card : No Age Limit.

Document Required

• Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP).
• Aadhar Card.
• Applicant Data verified in Family Information Data Repository (FIDR) database.

Important information for making Happy Bus Pass/Card 

• Issuance Fee : A non-refundable fee of Rs. 50 applies per card.
• Delivery : Upon successful application processing, your card will be delivered after 15 days to a pre-selected depot.
• Collection Notification : You will receive an SMS notification upon card arrival at the depot, advising you to collect it.
• Required Documentation : Please bring your original government-issued ID (PPP ID, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport) when collecting your card.
• Activation : During initial activation, enter the provided OTP and set a new PIN (as mentioned in the phone text).
• Transaction Confirmation : Once the transaction is approved or successful, your card is ready for use.

Existing NCMC Cardholders Activating HAPPY Card :
• Required Documentation : Present your original Haryana Roadways NCMC card and a valid government-issued ID (PPP ID, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport) at the depot.
• Activation Details : Share your Happy Pass reference number and OTP with the depot operator.
• Loading and Use : Once card loaded at the depot, your HAPPY Card is immediately available for use.
