Haryana Unemployment Allowance Scheme :  Haryana Employment Department has started applications for getting unemployment allowance for all the youth of Haryana who have been registered in the Employment Exchange Before 3 years or More. Youth already taking benefit of unemployment allowance can also renew their registration.

रोजगार विभाग द्वारा संचालित इस योजना के लिए आवेदन 1 नवंबर से 30 नवंबर तक किया जा सकता है। इस योजना के तहत 12वीं पास को ₹900, ग्रेजुएट को ₹1500 और पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट युवाओं को ₹3000 दिए जाते हैं। हरियाणा सरकार समय-समय पर बेरोजगार युवाओं के लिए कई योजनाएं लाती रहती है, लेकिन सभी योजनाओं का लाभ केवल वही उम्मीदवार उठा सकते हैं जिनका नाम रोजगार कार्यालय में पंजीकृत है। Haryana Unemployment Allowance Yojana

Applications for this scheme run by the Employment Department can be applied from November 1 to November 30. Under this scheme ₹ 900 is given to 12th pass, ₹ 1500 to Graduate and ₹ 3000 to Post Graduate Youth. Haryana Government keeps on coming up with many schemes for unemployed youth from time to time, but only those candidates whose name is registered in the Employment Exchange can take advantage of all the schemes

विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ उठाने के लिए सरकार ने हरियाणा रोजगार पोर्टल शुरू किया है, जिसके तहत यदि उम्मीदवार 3 साल से रोजगार कार्यालय में पंजीकृत है, तो वह बेरोजगारी भत्ते का लाभ ले सकता है।

जो अभ्यर्थी रोजगार कार्यालय में 3 वर्ष से पंजीकृत है तो उसकी योग्यता के अनुसार यदि 12वीं पास है तो ₹900, यदि ग्रेजुएशन किया है तो 1500 रुपए और यदि पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन किया है तो ₹3000 बेरोजगारी भत्ता दिया हुआ है।

To take advantage of various schemes, the government has started the Haryana Employment Portal, under which if the candidate has been registered with the Employment Exchange for 3 years, then he can take the benefit of unemployment allowance.

The candidate who has been registered in the employment office for 3 years, then according to his qualification, if he is 12th pass, then ₹ 900, if he has done graduation then 1500 rupees and if he has done post graduation then ₹ 3000 unemployment allowance is given.

योजना का उदेश्य // Objective of the Scheme

हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा इस योजना को शुरू करने का मुख्य उद्देश्य राज्य की आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग की महिलाओं को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करके उन्हें सशक्त और आत्मनिर्भर बनाना है। योजना के तहत प्रदान की गई वित्तीय सहायता का उपयोग करके महिलाएं अपना खुद का कोई रोजगार शुरू कर सकेंगी, जिससे उन्हें अपने खर्चों के लिए किसी पर निर्भर नहीं रहना पड़ेगा।

The main objective of launching this scheme by the Haryana government is to empower and make self-reliant the women of the economically weaker section of the state by providing them financial assistance. By using the financial assistance provided under the scheme, women will be able to start their own employment, so that they will not have to depend on anyone for their expenses.

इस योजना के लिए पात्र कौन-कौन है // Who is Eligible for हरियाणा बेरोजगारी भत्ता योजना

• Applicant should be domicile of Haryana.
• The applicant should be registered with any Employment Exchange in the State for a minimum period of 3 years as on 1st November of each year.
•  The annual family income from all sources including that of spouse should not exceed Rs. 300000/- and the family should not have residential or commercial property exceeding Rs. 10.00 Lakh in value or agriculture land in excess of 2 hectares.
•  The applicant should be in the age group of 21-35 year.
•  The applicant should not be student / trainee / apprentice.
• The applicant should not be employed.
• The applicant should not be a self-employed.
• The applicant should not be a dismissed Government employee.

• आवेदक हरियाणा का मूल निवासी होना चाहिए।
• आवेदक को प्रत्येक वर्ष 1 नवंबर को न्यूनतम 3 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए राज्य के किसी भी रोजगार कार्यालय में पंजीकृत होना चाहिए।
• पति/पत्नी सहित सभी स्रोतों से पारिवारिक वार्षिक आय रुपये से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। 300000/- और परिवार के पास रुपये से अधिक की आवासीय या व्यावसायिक संपत्ति नहीं होनी चाहिए। 10.00 लाख मूल्य या 2 हेक्टेयर से अधिक कृषि भूमि।
• आवेदक की आयु 21-35 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए।
• आवेदक छात्र/प्रशिक्षु/प्रशिक्षु नहीं होना चाहिए।
• आवेदक नियोजित नहीं होना चाहिए।
• आवेदक स्व-रोज़गार नहीं होना चाहिए।
• आवेदक बर्खास्त सरकारी कर्मचारी नहीं होना चाहिए।

(vii) Ration Card (In case of married females In-laws Ration Card is mandatory (Joint and Separate))
(viii) 2 Passport size photographs of the applicant

(xi) Aadhar linked Bank A/c Passbook will be accepted
(xii) Signature/Thumb impression of Head of Family and Signature of the applicant is mandatory on
the printed copy of the application submitted on Saral portal

How to Apply For Haryana Unemployment Allowance Yojana

• Firstly Click on Below Link. Fill PPP Family ID & Captcha > Send OTP to Verify > OTP Verified.
• Select Member (Click to Apply).
• Fill Enter Mobile No. →  Fill Aadhar Card → Send OTP → OTP Verified → Fill Captcha → Click on Apply. 
• After Final Submit. → Click on Download & Take a Print Out for Further Process.

Note : Candidate must submit there final print in Described Employment Exchange with all related document which is mention in Final Print.
