Short Information :- Census 2027 Self Enumeration Form : Due to changes in census operations in Haryana, residents will have the option to participate in the upcoming 2027 Census through self-enumeration. भारत में जनगणना हर 10 साल में जनगणना अधिनियम 1948 के अंतर्गत की जाती है।

This new facility will begin on April 16th. Self-enumeration will also begin in Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, and Chhattisgarh from April 16th. House listing and house enumeration will also be conducted in these states from May 1st to May 30th.

हरियाणा में जनगणना संचालन में बदलाव के चलते लोगों के पास आगामी जनगणना 2027 में स्व-गणना के माध्यम से भाग लेने का विकल्प होगा।

यह नई सुविधा 16 अप्रैल से शुरू होगी। हरियाणा समेत मध्य प्रदेश, आंध्र प्रदेश, अरुणाचल प्रदेश, चंडीगढ़, छत्तीसगढ़ में भी 16 अप्रैल से स्व गणना शुरू हो जाएगी। मकान सूचीकरण एवं मकानों की गणना भी इन राज्यों में 1 मई से 30 मई तक की जाएगी।

विभिन्न राज्यों में अलग-अलग तय कार्यक्रम अनुसार यह कार्य किया जाएगा। राज्य सरकार की मदद से इस कार्य को पूरा किया जा रहा है।

This is a new online facility that allows citizens to pre-fill their own and their family’s information. It is optional but encouraged because it increases privacy, makes information more accurate, and saves time.

यह एक नई ऑनलाइन सुविधा है जिससे नागरिक स्वयं अपनी और अपने परिवार की जानकारी पहले से भर सकते हैं यह वैकल्पिक है लेकिन इसे प्रोत्साहित किया जा रहा है क्योंकि इससे गोपनीयता बढ़ती है जानकारी अधिक सटीक होती है समय की बचत होती है।

Objective of Online Self Enumeration

स्व गणना आनलाइन पोर्टल से करने का फायदा : 

The self-enumeration process will allow citizens to securely fill in their family details online through a dedicated portal, sc.census.gov.in, and the portal will remain open for a period of 15 days before the door-to-door census begins in the city. Upon successful submission, participants will receive a unique Self-Enumeration ID, which they will have to share with census officials during their field visits for verification.

क्या-क्या पूछा जाएगा ऑनलाइन या ऑफलाइन माध्यम से

The first phase will be conducted between April and September 2026, and will ask 33 questions, including house type, drinking water, toilet, electricity, cooking fuel, internet access, property type, TV, computer, etc.

The second phase will begin in February 2027, and will collect personal information such as name, age, gender, caste, religion, education, language, disability, and reproductive information for married women.

पहले चरण अप्रैल से सितंबर 2026 के बीच किया जाएगा इसमें 33 प्रश्न पूछे जाएंगे। जिस में मकान का प्रकार पीने का पानी शौचालय बिजली खाना पकाने का ईंधन इंटरनेट सुविधा संपत्ति वहां टीवी कंप्यूटर आदि।

वही दूसरा चरण फरवरी 2027 से शुरू होगा जिसमें व्यक्तिगत जानकारी जैसे नाम आयु लिंग जाति धर्म शिक्षा भाषा विकलांगता व्यवसाय विवाहित महिलाओं के लिए प्रजनन संबंधी जानकारी यह सब दूसरे चरण में जुटा जाएगा।

स्व गणना करने की प्रक्रिया घर बैठे कैसे करें

• सबसे पहले आधिकारिक पोर्टल पर जाएं
• अपना राज्य/केंद्र शासित प्रदेश चुने और कैप्चा भरें
• उसके बाद परिवार प्रमुख का नाम मोबाइल नंबर और वैकल्पिक ईमेल दर्ज करें
• ओटीपी के माध्यम से सत्यापित करें
• अपनी भाषा चुने और जनगणना फॉर्म भर और सबमिट करें।
• आपको एसएमएस और ईमेल से 11 अंकों का यूनिक स्व गणना आईडी मिलेगा।
• इस आईडी को सुरक्षित रखें और जो भी गणना कर्ता आपके घर आए उसको दिखाएं

आप अंतिम तिथि तक अपनी जानकारी से और एडिट कर सकते हैं। सबमिट करने के बाद केवल गणना कर्ता ही मामूली बदलाव कर सकता है।
